School of Fine Art Hosts Info Sessions for Study Abroad Summer Program

by Mariebelle Alagbate

Have you been wanting to sign up for Academy of Art University’s Study Abroad Summer Program, but don’t know how or where to start? Here’s what you should do first: attend the info session.

The School of Fine Art will be hosting a series of Info Sessions for students interested in—or even just curious about—the annual summer program held in Florence, Italy.

As director Craig Nelson explains, the Study Abroad program “is now in its twelfth year giving students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich cultural surroundings of the beautiful historical city of Florence. Excursions include weekly trips to hilltop Tuscan towns, and weekend visit to Venice. This summer our Fine Art painting, printmaking, and book arts classes are off to a great start along with the School of Photography. The program has been described by students as a life-changing experience and we are thrilled to be here for the summer semester 2020.”

Want to know more? Good. Mark these dates and time on your calendars. Pick one that’s most convenient for you, and see you there!
