The young designers’ competition
Apply now for the young designer award of imm cologne! Deadline for application September 26th, 2011
The call for entries for the D3 Contest 2012 has started. Eligible for participation are students or designers that graduated not longer than three years ago.
For the 8th competition during imm cologne 2011 a record number of 862 products had been sent in for the D3 Contest. Thereof 28 prototypes of 35 young designers from all over the world had been invited to Cologne to present their ideas for furniture, lighting and interior design to the international audience.
Within the jury of the interior innovation award of imm cologne the internationally known jurors will again award the best three prototypes of the D3 Contest with the highly recommended interior innovation award for the best young designers at the show.
Koelnmesse annually invites for the D3 Contest and organises this competition in cooperation with the German Design Council.
