Hidden Gardens in San Francisco
San Francisco is fortunate enough to have over 50 privately owned public open spaces (POPOS) hidden on roof tops, alleys, behind buildings, or in foyers, and they available to anyone but most people don’t know about them. Some of them have great landscape designs, exotic trees, funky benches and tables, and almost all have beautiful views of our city!
Here are some of our favorite ones including their location so you can visit them if you need to get away from the craziness of the city.
