Modernizing Your Home: the Architect's Perspective

Design Within Reach Jackson Studio in San Francisco has planned an evening of architecture, design, food and wine. They welcome Mark English, Geoffrey S. Gainer and Ted Pratt, three local, distinguished architects, who will present ideas for appropriate ways to modernize San Francisco houses. Does your house need a more spacious feeling? More light? More connection to nature? Updated kitchens and baths? New furniture? Or perhaps a complete makeover or substantial addition? The architects will present real projects, including examples of some of the above.
After the presentation, engage in a one-on-one conversation with one of our architects. The topic is up to you: It could be a general design discussion or a complementary design session for a real project you have in mind. Feel free to bring your plans and photos!
