For Today’s Monday Morning Photo(S) we have a look at proposed most needed redesign of Beverly Hills iconic Beverly Center. Italian firm Studio Fuksas, known for the “ethereal lightness” of the Fiera in Milan is the perfect fit to transform the dated and bulky style of the famous shopping center.

The remodel of the Beverly Center, shown in an artist’s rendering, will feature a perforated steel facade that will curve along much of the outside of the mall.
