Monday Morning Photos(s) Hotel Edition

For today’s Monday Morning Photo(s) we found a project by OVA Studio, a Hong Kong based architecture firm that has designed the Hive Inn, a “jenga” like hotel made out of dozens of recycled shipping containers staked on top of each other. The main concept behind the design came from maximum flexibility and mobility, the containers can be removed or inserted according on the hotel’s needs. Each container gets a unique interior design by a brand weather its a high end luxury brand like Louis Vuitton, or a tech company like Samsung or even a celebrity like Lady Gaga, the exteriors of each container are also designed to give the users a preview of what each space would be like.
