In Billund, Denmark, there’s a placed called Lego PMD. The building is home to the designers of Lego’s development department, the lucky people that work here get to play with Legos all day and get paid. They’ve asked Danish architects, Rosan Bosch and Rune Fjord, to design a working environment that puts values like “innovation” and “imagination” along with “fun” and “happiness”.
The final design is a very creative open work space that helps employees feel comfortable and creative at the same time. Wouldn’t you want to work here?
