Anyone Can Cook!

If Julia Child was still around, she would have been 100 years old today (born August 15, 1912). She is famously known for bringing French cuisine to Americans through her books, such as Mastering the Art of French Cooking and her television shows like The French Chef. Today, if one was to go on Google.com, they would find a Google Doodle of Julia Child in her kitchen preparing a 6 course meal with a grin on her face.

The center dish on her counter looks like Ratatouille from Pixar’s Ratatouille. How can one not compare the main character (or rodent), Remy, to Julia Child? Both “foodies” discovered French cuisine and fell in love with Paris and cooking.
