Electrical Conduit Exposed?

We found a young Brazilian architect Guilherme Torres who chose to live in a very small studio in Londrina, Brazil. The place would lodge an artist’s painting atelier and was under redecoration for over 10 years by the architect himself.
The final project came to life after a few electrical problems were found in the building, withing a month all wall coatings were removed and all the wiring and piping was left exposed, the end result is this trendy industrial loft with a great play on the use of scale and contrast all over the space.
“As a furniture designer, I decided to follow an opposite thread to what I usually do and create something permanent, stable”, says the architect.
