London based architect Tsvetan Toshklov has designed this beautiful futuristic City in the Sky, which he envisions as a tranquil oasis in the sky far away from the polluted city.
“The gardens and ponds atop the glass and steel structures provide a sanctuary for people to escape from the everyday noise and hustle-and-bustle of city life.”
