Gramercy Park Townhouse

After 164 years in existence, this townhouse got a very needed upgrade from a new steel framework, pluming and electrical to a brand new heating and air conditioning systems. Fractal Construction was in charge of the project incorporating an open plan layout to ensure the family would have adequate space to live and work, including three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a media room, office, in addition to the requisite kitchen, living, and dining spaces. A good ammount of windows fill the space with light a great views.
