Description: This course begins with a discussion of the different metrics and environmental claims of product sustainability. Next, participants learn how to evaluate the different types of environmental claims and understand the different types of product certifications and the merits and/or limitations of each. Finally, participants will learn about the different processes for developing environmental product standards.
