What $$$ can buy

The Museo Soumaya is a private museum in Mexico City. It is owned by Carlos Slim the richest man in the world and contains 66,000 pieces that include works by Van Gogh, Matisse, and El Greco, along with the largest collection of Rodin sculptures outside France, religious relics, historic documents, and a coin collection of Carlos Slim and his late wife Soumaya, after whom the museum was named. How is that even possible? Well his fortune is estimated at $74 billion dollars.
The Museo Soumaya was originally located at the site of an old paper factory, in the Plaza Loreto of San Ángel, in the southern part of Mexico City, the building featured four distinct rooms each of which had a specific theme, but in 2011 it moved to the northern part of Mexico City and assigned Mexican architect Fernando Romero the 170,000 sq ft project.
The  honeycomb pattern building has been compared to Selfridges shop in Birmingham, England as well as the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, here are a few pictures of this astounding project.
