Spring 2012 Field Trips!

Students in the School of Landscape Architecture have been exploring the City of San Francisco on various class field trips observing, analyzing, measuring, and drawing urban spaces.

Other classes have been heading out into the natural environments of Pt. Reyes, Mt. Tamalpais and the Marin Headlands,  in order to learn how to “read”  the landscape and record and analyze their findings.

Later in the semester, classes will be visiting the Donnell Garden (a quintessential example of  Thomas Church and mid century modern design) in Sonoma County.
