Academy Weekly: Enjoy Your Spring Break!
Spring Break!
What do you know, time does fly by fast when you’re having fun. Things got pretty hectic on the blog too, with us recently hitting our 100th post since the November relaunch. So thank you for hanging out with us thus far, and we really do mean it when we say keep it posted here, because we’ve got so many big things lined up and coming soon for you all!
Now, today’s roundup for last week may be paltry compared to what you’re used to. That’s because we did some maintenance on the backend, so we can make sure to keep bringing you important and fun stuff without a hitch.
We may only have had a couple, but rest assured these are equally relevant to you:
SF Open Studio
Finally! The SF Open Studio event we’ve been reminding you about for the past couple of weeks happened last weekend. Hopefully, those who went and checked it out enjoyed the experience and, most importantly, got a better look at what awaits them if and when they decide to make Academy of Art University their official school for college.
Spring in San Francisco
Whether or not you’ve lived in the city all your life or you’re new to the area, you’d be glad to know that there isn’t any shortage of cool, fun things to do this spring season. We’ve rounded up a variety of highly recommended activities for you. What are you waiting for? Start plotting them out in your calendar!
Up This Week
We know you’re all going to be on break, but just the same, we’ll be right here dishing out the goods. We’ve got a post on Academy students reimagining Audi for 2040, an interesting take on an ongoing landscape architecture exhibit at the SF MoMA, an informative post on the Visual Development and Illustration programs, and an upcoming fan art contest worthy of the throne. *wink wink*
That’s just among other things, so keep it locked here even while you enjoy your Spring Break!
