Are you already worrying about sending out your college application for next school year? If yes, and you happen to be in Atlanta this coming weekend, we highly recommend you dropping by Academy of Art University’s College Connection event.

Simply fill out the RSVP form linked above to save your slot, show up, and take a step further in preparing for college. The event will be held in the Overlook and Chastain rooms on the 6^th floor. Just head on over there and have the chance to meet one of our school directors.

For this leg of our College Connection event, Associate Director of School of Game Development Brian Hess is going to be there to answer your questions. To give you more idea about who he is, Brian Hess recently co-created Awake, an original series at Action Lab Comics.

He also used to work for big-name companies such as Thrasher Magazine, Atlantis Resorts, Zynga, Digital Chocolate & TinyCo, and started as a junior artist until finally becoming art director.

We also have some 21 other schools to choose from if Game Development isn’t exactly your jam. All the more that you should come to the College Connection, because here you’ll be able to see more clearly which academic program fits you best.

There will also be admissions representatives on-site to assist you with any questions you have regarding the admissions process, options for online classes, financial aid, military benefits, Pre-College Art Experience (PCAE), and more!

If all that sounds good to you, and would like to achieve a similar trajectory for your career, then your first step is to file that college application with Academy of Art University.  Art portfolios are not required, but are absolutely welcome!
