Want to show off your amazing designs with the best of the best? The Academy’s School of Interaction and UI/UX Design is partnering with mobile giant, Samsung to host Designer Day. Join fellow students and faculty members on Saturday, April 21 at Galvanize SF (44 Tehama Street) for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

What is Designer Day? It is a fun, full-day workshop which includes lectures, hands-on experiences with exclusive Samsung design tools, raffles, contests, and the opportunity to meet the Samsung Careers Team!

What to Expect at Designer Day

• Learn how to display your designs on Samsung’s mobile and wearable devices
• Get an intro and exclusive access to Samsung designer tools
• Participate in hands-on sessions designed to teach you how to create Samsung Themes and Gear Watch Faces

This workshop requires no coding skills, however, Samsung will be looking for amazing design skills! This is also a great time to get your designs recognized, and learn tips and tricks for generating revenue with your designs.
