Academy Weekly: College Connections, Art Inspirations, and an Exciting School Video Tour
Do you feel like September just passed you in a blur? We know we do. For our newbies, now you know: that’s how we roll in this art school.
Let’s take a quick look back on the last week of the month before heading over to the next one, shall we?
Last weekend, Atlanta got a dose of Academy of Art University’s College Connection. There’ll be more in the coming weeks, so keep it locked here to see if one’s heading your way soon.
Meanwhile, we also looked at the shifting landscape of multimedia communications, focusing on the use of Virtual Reality in social media and more.
For some fine art inspiration, we also named five female painters considered to be among the best in history.
And then here’s a big one: our School of Animation and Visual Effects recently opened their doors to give us a video tour of their facilities, introduce some of their awesome instructors, and show sneak peeks at what goes on behind the scenes, including a few of the award-winning stuff that comes out from their studios.
Up This Week
Sit back and buckle up—we’re not about to slow down anytime soon. We’ll dish out some viable career for those pursuing a career as an art teacher. Helpful tips and how-to’s will also be coming, particularly for jewelry designing and owning your own visual development style.
We’ve also got some more inspirational information, such trends to watch out for in the landscape architecture industry, as well as some famous cars throughout history.
We can’t wait to share them with you, so we hope you’ll stick around for them!
Registration for the winter intercession and spring semester is open, so go ahead and apply now! You can also request information from our admissions representatives.
