RSVP: Time for PCAE Prep Day!

What: PCAE Prep Day
When: 10 AM or 1 PM on Saturday, June 29, 2019
Where: 491 Post Street, Morgan Auditorium

Welcome to PCAE Prep Day! Learn more about the PCAE program while you get your IDs, class and course schedules ready for summer school.

Every year, we welcome many of you through our university gates to open up opportunities for your future. This year is no different than others; you’ll walk out with a stronger understanding of your artistic strengths and areas for improvement by the end of the summer.

We’re excited to have you join us this year! Today marks the pre-beginning of your enrichment program with us. Trust us, you won’t want to miss out on this one especially if you’re new to the PCAE Summer program!

What Will You Learn at PCAE Summer Prep Day?

The prep day is mandatory for all FIRST-TIME ON SITE students. It is an informative session filled with necessary details about your program and a chance to ask questions. There are two sessions—10AM or 1PM—so check which one you’re supposed to attend.

Here’s a quick run-down of what to expect at the event:

  • Watch a short presentation about PCAE
  • Receive ID cards, class supply lists, course and campus schedules
  • Meet and ask questions with your pre-college admissions representatives
  • Mingle with fellow PCAE students

Last Minute Reminders

Be sure to arrive early to provide enough time to check-in and parking. Our university does not have designated parking spots for the event, but there are public parking garages nearby that charge a fee. If you decide to take BART, get off at Powell Station then walk the rest of the way (about 7 minutes) to the venue.

If you want to be prepared ahead of the event, you can check out our first day reminders and tips to succeed in the program. In case you get lost, you can find all ART U addresses in our facilities roundup.

Wishing you all the best in PCAE Summer!

If you’re interested in attending our university, request information by speaking with an admissions representative! You can also apply now if you’ve made up your mind to attend.
